 We’re Gretchen and Mike Miller, and we’ve been donating to LWC for several years. We believe that life begins at conception and that each life is precious in God’s eyes – the mother facing an unplanned pregnancy and the baby she is carrying. Another reason we support LWC is, my mother was adopted in 1942 at a time when abortion was not legal, yet still taking place. We are grateful every day for the choice her birth mother made and the family we have today because she chose life.
Abortion is something we do not see on the front line. We are not there in the room with a mother making this decision. However, through attending the banquet every year, we get a glimpse into the lives of women choosing life and the staff working on those front lines.
We want others to know the difference LWC is making daily in the lives of women in crisis. If you have never attended the annual banquet, go and hear the difference LWC is making.
